A Little Bit About Me

Hello, I’m Vicki Burke. Having experience working primarily in FE Colleges, Housing Associations, Local Government and Healthcare
clinics, in both administrative and managerial roles, I set up Align Services in 2017. The many skills learned from these roles, as well
as a HNC in Business & Management enabled me to set up this new venture.

Align services’ primary role is book keeping and business support (including Xero Management, bank reconciliation, invoicing and
petty cash) but I also deal with business systems and documentation (creation of business documents: including action plans, organising to do lists, holiday forms, expenditure records, invoice templates, standard operating procedures, devising work flow plans, checklists and processes e.g. H&S checks, audits).
